Practice Sessions for Year-long Course

Participants of the EduCareDo year-long course Inner Development for World Development are welcome to come together with primary author Lisa Romero to awaken and deepen your meditative practice. There are 4 x 1 hour exercise-focused practice sessions offered to suit timezones in the northern and southern hemisphere.

The sessions are focused on exercises in Lessons 1, 2 & 3 and a place to ask clarifying questions about the different states of meditation – Restfulness of soul | Time Energy & Attention to the verse/exercises | Activity without content | Empty Consciousness.

Inner Work Path offer a monthly meeting from April – October 2024 to discuss the 6 subsidiary exercises. The exercises are an addendum to Lesson 1 of Inner Development for World Development which is available as a complimentary download. All are welcome to this group.
